This is a 76,054-mile Ghibli S Q4, the all-wheel-drive, high-output version of Maserati’s executive sedan, assembled at the Grugliasco plant in Italy. The S Q4 pairs a Ferrari-built 3.0L twin-turbocharged V6 producing 404 horsepower and 406 lb-ft with an 8-speed automatic and Maserati’s Q4 all-wheel-drive system, good for 0–60 in 4.7 seconds.
